Full disclosure: I would give the bag itself 4 stars. It is sturdy as advertised, and has a good amount of pockets for all of your essentials. The strap on top makes it easy to pull in and out of your purse, the color is beautiful, etc. The only flaw on the organizer itself I would say is that some of the pockets are a bit too small (like the card slots) so they are almost useless for me since I keep cards in my wallet. Also, the location of the side pockets means they can't be used if you use the side snaps to make the organizer fit in a slimmer bag. So for me, the organizer gets 4 stars. So why a 2 star review? It's for poor customer service. I did not receive the keychain pictured, so I contacted the seller asking for one to be sent. The seller told me to contact amazon who.. you guessed it! Told me to contact the seller. They claim all they can do is send me a replacement AFTER I return the one I have. Needless to say, I'm not going through the trouble of packing up and returning an item I'm already using, then waiting who knows how long for them to send me a new one, which may or may not have the same problem as this one (no keychain). Having to contact multiple people has already taken more of my time than a keychain is worth. But I specifically chose this organizer over others because it said it was sturdy and came with that keychain. Well I didn't get the keychain and won't be getting it, and can't even get a partial refund. So 4 stars for the bag, 1 star off for the missing keychain, and 1 star off for bad customer service, and there you have it, 2 stars.
