#1: It doesn't stream Amazon Prime videos when it's connected to a router running a VPN. Amazon doesn't allow it. You can watch netflix on the Firestick behind a VPN. For protection, everyone should be running a VPN and it's best to run it on your router, that way everything on the network is encrypted. I could add another router just for the firestick but I shouldn't have to spend more money and time setting it up. There's nothing wrong with being behind a VPN. #2 It reboots itself all the time. I've researched the problem and it looks like the 1 amp power supply that comes with it isn't enough to run it and it needs a 2 amp supply to fix it. The power supply is under a dresser that I had to move to plug it in originally. That dresser is screwed to the wall so the grandkids can't pull it over on themselves. It was a ain to install and now I have to do it all over again to change the junkie power supply. #3 It comes set up so it sends info back to amazon on what you watch and do with it even on apps that are not Amazons. You can turn it off but they shouldn't spy on their customers. They get to see what I watch on Amazon prime but they don't deserve to see what I watch on other apps. Vary disappointed.
