My husband and I bought the large machine and it didn't work from the very beginning. The first thing was that we had to rewire for a 30 amp plug where the sale pitch was just unpack,plug in and start freeze drying. Wrong! Second,there are no set up instuctions except for "go to you tube" and watch somebody else set theirs up. Nothing on the web site for help. Third, when you do call the company their "site" is down half the time. Finally,the machine did not create a vacuum seal and dispite many replacement parts and many trials still no freeze drying. Trying to send the machine back,taking a while and expect a 15% restocking fee plus shipping expenses. Not happy with this purchase at all.
