If it could give it no stars I would, at first it seemed like a miracle, but I was uncomfortably bloated so I reached out to the company and they were reading off a script and of no help. I cut back on dosage, still horribly bloated and gurgling stomach all day, cut back on frequency, no help. Today is last straw, cannot take it, so bloated I cannot move, elevated blood pressure, gurgling stomach 24 hours a day - this is on half of scoop every other day at this point. During that time it did great things for hair and skin, and joints but these side effects which they play off as nothing are scary and legit. Beware! Used for a total of 5 weeks.
