Seller, VM express, doesn’t honor 1 year warranty
The seller on the Q&A promised 1 year warranty but when the device broke after four months, the seller is refusing to honor the 1 year warranty.
I am very disappointed that the product would only last 4 months. In fact, its motion sensor only lasted three months and its self sealing function stopped working only after four months.
It’s deceptive for the seller, VM express, to promise 1 year warranty and not honor it. Don’t fall vicim to it
