I have been feeding this to my cats for over a year now, in addition to wet canned food. I thought I was giving them quality food because it was the Blue brand and because it was on the more expensive side. The cats also seemed to really enjoy eating it. Unfortunately, my 3 year old male cat had to go to the emergency vet this weekend and was diagnosed with a partial urinary blockage due to struvite crystals and they believe it is due to to his food. I now have to have him on a prescription wet food diet and he is currently on three different medications in attempt to get him back to normal, if he worsens, he will require catheterization and 2 day hospitalization.. This has been a very stressful situation, I actually had to cancel a vacation I was going to go on so I could be here to give his medication and monitor him to make sure he is still urinating. My female cat has been eating this and seems fine, but I will no longer be purchasing this food. If you have a male cat, I definitely would not purchase this food.
