First and foremost the one thing that I am very disappointed with in this product is the fact that it contains biotin. Biotin is a famous acne trigger, I noticed after just drinking these for a week that it was causing a negative reaction to my skin making me break out a bit. I stopped drinking these shortly after realizing this, and my skin started to clear back up. Prior to purchasing these I did see that biotin was apart of the nurtrient profile, and thought I’d give it a try. However, I was wrong and I will steer clear from this product now. Also this just didn’t happen to me, my spouse has been drinking these significantly longer than me and is noticing this happening to his skin as well. People need to be aware that biotin may be good for your hair but it’s bad for complexion. Also I want to begin by saying that these do not have a flavor profile in line with bang or reign energy. This flavor is also not very good or I would have at least given the review two stars.
