Cheaply Made
The bracket that holds the wiper to the J-Hook of your car is all plastic. I don't mind things made of plastic as long as they can handle the stress tolerance of the job they are designed to do. In this case, however, within 2 weeks of placement, we had some snow that started off rather wet and then the temps dropped. My car is at work. After allowing the car to warm up (remote start) I go out and brush off the remaining snow. The bottom half of the windshield is snow free. I get in my car and hit the wipers to give a test. Snow and ice fly and so does my brand new wiper blade. I get out and have a look and the plastic bracket is sheared in half. Cleanly broken plastic. Not worth the hassle of attempting a warranty fix and I needed a replacement NOW. My next wiper purchase I made sure the mounting bracket was made of metal.
