I have been a Quicken user for 20 years.
It doesn't handle everything perfectly but does a pretty good job overall. The reason for one star is Quicken is forcing its customers into a subscription service so they can make more money. Okay, I get it. But now a week out from when Quicken cripples my current 2017 edition of the software, they remove the downloadable $79 edition from Amazon that was good for 14 months. Instead, they refer you to their website for a 12-month version for $89 that is downloadable or you can order a CD version from Amazon that may show up in a few weeks in all the COVID-19 madness. So in thanks for taking such great care of your customers, I am awarding Quicken a single star. Eric Dunn is welcome to put his star where ever he pleases.
