Outrageous and unacceptable safety hazard. Be very careful the hook is really sharp. While washing my face in the shower I turned around and did not realize I was close to the hook. I bumped into it. the result is a trip to the ER and 6 stitches. I mean do I blame myself for bumping my head? sure. Am I mad at the manufacturer for making it incredibly and unnecessarily sharp? Definitely. I will look into my next step and not leave the matter unaswered.
