I was a little hesitant to purchase this chair since I never heard of the brand. Given it's price point and 6 month warranty, I decided to give it a shot. After much excitement, I was really let down when I received the item. It was defective right out of the box (the massager didn't go up the back). I emailed the seller (Cavalier Wholesale) and requested to return the product. In return, I received instructions and one picture that showed how I could take the chair apart and possibly solve this known issue. I did not want to take the chance and open the chair and possibly further damage it. I responded again asking to return the product. Finally, the seller said they can give me a refund but I was responsible for the shipping costs. They never responded to any emails after this. For a product that's new right out of the box, I found this unacceptable. Fortunately, Amazon did a great job and handled the issue. The chair is very affordable and looks great but the brand and seller are very poor. I would not recommend this chair since it will give you pain rather than alleviate it.
