I use it every day in my shop to steam up the sugar paste I use to remove hair from my clients. it's perfect for what I need it to do. It totally leaks though which is annoying but I'm too busy to solve the issue. also mine looks a little different than the one pictured here. I think mine might be a newer model? the buttons are just a little different. but it's the same product otherwise. Update: now it leaks and stopped working. I am beyond tired of products that don’t work. It’s a huge waste of time. Update: bissell sent me a replacement and guaranteed that I must’ve had Random faulty unit, despite the fact that so many people on Amazon are having the same problem. Then asked me how many Bissell products I owned. As if to say “our products are awesome, lady, how many of our products do you even own lady?” So much of my time has been wasted and I’m so angry right now.
