I bought this crock pot from Amazon Jan 2013. Have only used it twice. Yesterday I was making an awesome Italian sauce in it with loin of pork, Italian sausage, and pancetta. It was cooking on low about 3 hours when all of a sudden the lid shattered!!! Glass in the food!!!! Waiting to hear what if anything crock pot will do. I do not want a new lid. Want my money back.
