My kids enjoyed the previous Wings of Fire books and while I knew the author’s world view was different from mine I was still ok allowing my kids to read it. None of the books are well written, but it was still a pretty cute story. Well, the author overstepped the boundaries for books I am comfortable with my kids reading on this one. This book is written from the perspective of Sundew, who has apparently had a secret girlfriend for years, and this is very much a central part of the story. Just wanted to share this on here to warn similarly minded parents.
