I guess I always equated Schwinn bicycles with "quality", so I'm NOT SURE who is truly at fault Pacific Cycle, Inc. or Amazon or shipper but as you can see, the trike came with a lot of issues (scratches and dents) that were not discovered until after I began to assemble it together. I bought it for my widowed 75-year old Dad, he has trouble walking but does not want to stay indoors during the summer, so he asked us kids for a trike so he wouldn't have to worry about balancing a regular two wheel bicycle yet still get exercise and be outdoors. If anything I would like for the fenders to be replaced and maysome touch up paint for the scratches?? My advice, before ordering this product online, go to Walmart or nearest local bicycle shop and consider the "pros and cons" which assembly should be factored into your purchasing decision!?
