POOR QUALITY CONTROL. BUYERS BEWARE. I just received the product and opened about 10 min before writing this review. The rubber grip that protects the electronics isn’t fitted correctly. It isn’t sealed. Like at all. This is not safe for water. I did put the brush on and fit in my mouth. There is little to no power. My sonic care brush has more OOMPH than this thing. Think of this as a Honda and the Sonic care is a Mustang. You barely even feel it vibrating. I guess you can’t return this but I want to exchange it or have it warrantied because obviously the seal is broken.
