No mental benefits & it tastes awful
Disclaimer: I LOVE good coffee and I really dislike bad coffee, but will still drink it for the mental benefits. I've been keeping up with the bulletproof diet and have even implemented before (the free chart provided by his website on what foods to eat, quite helpful actually), and I started making bulletproof coffee about 1 year ago. I absolutely love bulletproof (butter & MCT oil) coffee. It helps me lose weight and be very focused through out the day. After using random brands I finally decided to pay the premium for the "real" stuff.
The Review:
Sorry Dave (CEO of Bulletproof), but this stuff is not good. I did not feel any mental benefits from your coffee over other coffees.
(I used a manual grinder with frenchpress and combined grassfed GHEE with MCT oil for full effect as well as kerrygold unsalted butter)
Okay fine, it doesn't have the benefits it claims, but does it at least taste good? NO!
Wow, this coffee taste very bad. There is no flavor, at all. So why would I purchase this expensive coffee again?
Well, I wouldn't.
I have zero incentive to purchase this again.
