I purchased these headphones in December of 2015 for $300. I loved them at first, but then, due to poor design (look at the photo of the cable they provide on the store page, the material wore away and then suffered connectivity problems; the sound would repeatedly disconnect and reconnect), the cable's plug failed at the headphone connection in January 2017 (1 year 1 month). The product was sold with a one year warranty, and I was denied assistance. Customer service told me to purchase the replacement cable from their site, which sells for $149. I decided to buy 3rd party plug components from Amazon, and for about $15 I soldered new plugs onto the existing cable. Now, in June 2017 the material is falling off of the earpieces, and the cushioning is disconnecting from the frame. I want to conclude by saying I've taken very good care of these headphones (I used a headphone stand, and I am gentle with them), and I think that this level of quality is astonishing for the price. I would give this product 5 stars for the sound, but the actual quality of the construction and the customer service is zero stars.
