This is both the best and the worst shaver I have ever owned. I exclusively use electric razors due to extremely sensitive skin and ingrown hairs, and it is hard to find one that is good. This one is amazing. It is powerful and gives a shave as close as a blade - the best I have ever gotten from an electric razor. Trimmer works great, too. It is excellent at handling all of your shaving needs...until it isn't. This razor will only perform well for a month or two. It slowly begins to lose power and no amount of charging can fix it. (And not only does a slow electric waiver not cut hair, but it is also dangerous; slow blade movements result in skin cuts and irritation.) This is not the result of overuse, either because I hate shaving and avoid it as much as possible. My experience is not limited to one razor, or two, three or four. I have lost track of how many times I have replaced this razor. I kept thinking this time, I will get a good one. I kept holding out hope, because I really wanted to get one that would last. I finally had to give up. If you decide to purchase this razor, be prepared to be disappointed in the end.
