I liked this air purifier in theory but it was quite expensive and turned out to be defective. Alen's return/replacement guarantee put me at ease. However, after six months of use, the air purifier just stopped working and wouldn't turn on at all. I emailed, called and attempted to chat Alen but received no response except for a canned email asking me to call in to "begin the replacement process". When i called in i was on hold as "first caller in line" for over 30 minutes. DO NOT BUY! This product is DEFECTIVE and they WILL NOT REPLACE IT even though they have a WARRANTY.
