Amazon decided to go full propagandist on this season. Venezuela is a real place, that is in utter shambles due to multiple leftist socialist dictators. But instead they decided to make the fictional dictator a right wing nationalist, and his opponent in the series is a very lovely female leftist who is running on a platform of "Social Justice." I have no issue with taking creative liberty within film, but this is clearly done intentionally to misinform people about an actual humanitarian crisis.
