The first one I had was amazing and never had any issues for over 2 years. After that it's been all down hill. Everyone I've bought since then (I'm now on my third) only works a couple of months before I needed to start ordering the replacement suspension cables because the cheap material had already broken off (my current one is on it's 4th replacement of those), a few months after that the metal support beam in the middle will start to bow (I'm only 140 pounds so it's no weight issue) causing the metal on the swings to start slamming against the side of the frame creating jolts for you and loud noises from it, ignore it and just go easy on the machine and the beam will just eventually snap in two (currently on my second bar that is already slamming even though I've had this one for about 1.5 years. It does have a year warranty but the fact you gotta put up with their horrible customer service (they have limited hours, don't even understand their own product (I got shipped 1 of something when I needed 2 after they informed me I needed 2, and I had to give them visual proof each time a break happened). Despite their cheap band aids the product will fail over and over again and has no real quality anymore. I loved the product before and thought I just got unlucky before but this is surely a cheap product and company. Another warning: sometimes this product shows you can get a 2-year warranty which I bought the last time thinking it could help only to receive an email some time later saying since the product normally has a 1-year warranty that even though they offered and I paid I was not allowed to have the product for a 2-year warranty of course after I already received the product, installed and threw the packaging away.
