This was my 4th Keurig. The first 3 were the “consumer” models and they all failed just past warranty, 14-18 months. I found this “commercial” model and figured maybe that will be a robust machine that would last. At almost exactly 11 months, it suddenly died on me. Thankfully I was under warranty and Keurig replaced the machine. I’ve given up on Keurig, reluctantly, and I would not recommend any of their machines. They simply seem to fail at a completely unacceptable rate. I think there are some fundamental design and engineering issues with their products and they need to be redesigned from a clean sheet of paper. I still want my Pod’s so I’m trying a different manufacturer that friends have recommended. It’s a shame that a company with their resources aren’t putting out a better product.
