Heat resistant? Flame resistant? Gloves basically melted the first time I used them. I didn’t touch fire. I was removing my smoker box and this happened (see pictures). Don’t waste your money. Gloves were trash/garbage/worthless/insert horrible adjective here. They started to discolor IMMEDIATELY after holding my smoker box for 5 seconds (it was 400 degrees - no where near the 900-plus degrees you claim your product can handle). Then, after putting them down for about 4 minutes, I pick up the smoker box again and the black outer material MELTED and I got burnt (I held the smoker box again, at 400 degrees, for less than 5 seconds). There is absolutely NO WAY your gloves passed any of those ratings you spew out in your replies to the 1-star reviews you get (which I'm surprised isn't 2600 of the 2609 reviews you've received). When they melted at 400 degrees in a matter of seconds... I'm throwing the BS flag. Your product does not live up to what it's advertised to do. Your product is going to get someone hurt. Honestly? I'm surprised no one has filed a law suit against you.
