Disappointed by this. After a lot of research, I decided on this pillow. Came relatively quickly, in a box unsealed, with the actual pillow uncovered / not sealed! For something that touches my face, I expected to get a safer product. Anyone could have opened the box, take the pillow out and put it back for me to use. I wouldn’t recommend buying it. Don’t know if I got a return from someone else but, really tragic. Seemed very very soft when I looked at it.
