my parents bought this book for me, I suppose to explain why they open carry, but it didn't help, not one little bit. see, my parents fight a lot, and sometimes, when they're really mad, they draw on each other. so embarrassing. they swear they'd never shoot each other, but the other day, at Denny's, the waitress got involved and it turned into a 3-way, with everyone watching, and I hadn't gotten my side of mayo yet. talk about humiliating. needless to say, that waitress did not get a tip. another time, at Dave & Busters, Dad lost it and started killing zombies with his side arm. he said they looked like "the illegal immigrants of his nightmares," whatever that means. that cost a lot of money. mom was so mad she drew on Dad in the parking lot, right there in the Ford F-150. she got the drop on him so she won that argument. But I have to admit, wherever we go, we get treated with respect. It's like we're good-looking or handicapped or something. I'll be 16 soon and have my own gun. Dad says if you can drive you can shoot. It's in the 2nd Amendment. I'll show my parents how to open carry responsibly. I'll make them proud. Dad just better not call me a meathead again.
