Worked well for about 6 months, then started to intermittently fail, then completely inoperative. Product is supposed to have a one year warranty, but Amazon refers you to the manufacturer and they will not respond. It turns out the Warranty link associated with the item is incorrect. The link is for a pdf to SIERRA INTERNATIONAL INC., but they are NOT the manufacturer. Amazon will then send you to .sierratool.com, but they are also not the manufacturer. Both of these companies say they have been getting calls for years and Amazon has not fixed the link. Buy from another manufacturer.
