This is ANIMAL ABUSE
0.3 gallons. That's like you and i living in a closet we can turn around. Our whole lives.
Betta fish NEED heat and filtration and AT LEAST 2.5 gallons to thrive. I don't care if your fish is alive in one of these, bettas are very hardy but i can guarantee you a suffering animal in this horrendous death trap. This should be illegal.
Animals are not decor. You OWE it to them to take proper care of them; YOU are the one taking them in, they do not force themselves on you. Save your money and buy something that won't slowly kill an innocent animal via burning alive in its own ammonia.
And you know what, just to make my point REALLY solid, here's some images of bettas I adopted FROM CUPS pretty much the same size and condition as this death trap. Before and afters. Tell me your damn animal is 'thriving' in anything less and stop sticking up for abuse, bye.
