Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this because I didn't want a coffee maker that required filters to be be replaced and I'm the only one in the house that drinks coffee. When really, I should had read the reviews before buying. After one wash (and one brew) the carafe broke. It was difficult already to wash and it slipped from my hands. Completely shattered. I called the company if I could have it replaced and to no avail.
