I specifically ordered a genuine, American-made Army-issue poncho liner. It is not. Now I have to spend my time and my gas to pay to return this item. *This is not US-military issue. I still have my PL from the Army and it is very different. *It is made in China *The photo is of a genuine item. The item I received doesn't look at all like what I received.
