This scale gives a different reading varying by several pounds when you weigh yourself back to back. Someone else called this a random number generator, which is an accurate description of this scale. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. It's completely useless. I went to return it and sadly the return window closed today. Please save your money. Update... Customer service has been very responsive and helpful and sent me a new scale, free of charge, without having to send back the old one. They advised how to re-calibrate the scale and it still did not work, so they believe the scale was defective. I have received the new scale but haven't yet tried it. I will come back to update my review once I have used the replacement scale. Changing from one star to three stars until I can come back for a final update. After using the replacement scale and having the same results, I am changing my rating back to one star. It was nice of customer service to send me a new one and to be so responsive, so I really wanted to be able to rate this better, but a free scale that doesn't work is still a scale that doesn't work. I wish I could get my money back for the first one. Save your money.
