I was so excited for this, I set it up, I got my betta, put my betta in there, and not 10 seconds later, the pump sucked my fish up against it, and he couldn't swim off of it, and I immediately unplugged it, and had to help free my fish. Betta fins are so fragile, I'm now monitoring him for torn fins/fin rot. I have not plugged this death trap back in, and have emailed about a possible solution, but I am more than likely returning this item and getting a safer tank. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend Update: Back to Roots did contact me and told me I got a sick fish and there product has no faults. The lack of empathy was incredibly disheartening. I did get a new tank, and my "sick" betta is VERY healthy and thriving in a safe environment.
