This is absolutely the worst book by Connelly and I've read almost all of them... I've read all the Bosch series... this book is so unbelievable and so full of gaping unrealistic holes that I wonder if a 14 y.o. ghostwriter wrote it... on top of that, Connelly made it quite clear that he is so wealthy, independent, and smug that he no longer cares one bit about totally alienating a portion of his readers with his blatant, extremely judgemental political bias... I for one will never read another one of his books which, obviously, he could care less... his big middle finger to us all is duly noted and is fully indicated in the quality, or the serious lack thereof, of his latest work in order to express his total disgust and revulsion towards what he perceives as his political foes... the entire book was written purely for this purpose... not for profit.
