Years ago I had a bottle of this product and it was legit JBCO from the smokey earthy smell down to the molasses like thickness and color. Like so many others when I received mine recently and popped the seal/top it smelled like used cooking oil, very runny, a clear yellow tint, not thick and dark like true JBCO. After purchasing, Amazon had put out a notice that the suppliers they were using were being investigated for false product due to so many complaints. The issue may be fixed but I decided to order from the company "Rooted Treasure".... now THAT stuff is LEGIT. Wont be using Tropic Isle anymore...sorry.
