WTF, Quality Control?!
Received the item and was excited to use. Started massaging my shoulder and heard a crack. Looked at the unit and found that it had split open. ALL OF THE SCREWS TO HOLD THE CASING TOGETHER WERE MISSING! NOT JUST ONE, ALL OF THEM! WTF?!
