Batteries manufactured 6 months ago lasted one day before showing low
I bought a 6 pack of these directly from Amazon.com as the seller. Packaging was new and looked exactly like the picture on the listing. I was going to use these in a Dakota wireless driveway alarm which takes four of these at a time. The generic batteries that came with the alarm lasted 13 months before they signaled low battery. I installed four of these and it gave low battery alerts within one day. Batteries are bad out of the package. I ordered these in November 2017 and the expiration date on each battery shows as 12-2028 with a manufacture date (very small print on the negative end of the battery) of 06/2017. So Energizer is marking them as a 11.5 year shelf life but they are bad after 6 months. I went back to a cheaper brand which is working perfect again.
