Dangerously written. I feel duped.
Disappointed. In fact, the way the book is written could be dangerous and maybe even worse. It did not explain clearly in what forms the herbs should be applied externally or ingested. The quality of the actual paper and paperback was very flimsy....I expected way more for the amount I paid for the book.
