Purchased 28 Dec 2016 from Amazon. Queen size. Style Z85KQ Worked great during the remainder of Winter 2016-2017. Put it back to use just this last week (13 Nov 2017) - not heating, one side is cold, the other side sometimes warms, sometimes cold. Tested product as per instructions, again, got same results. Re-seated plugs, re-tested, got same results. Very disappointed. This product does not last.
