Horrible experience
We received our scooter after waiting 14 days for it to arrive. Everything was fine except the back tire had a hole int it. This is not a very easy tire to access and change. We have had the scooter since Monday and it still not able to ride. There are also no instructions on how to change a flat tire for the back wheel. Very frustrating and feel it has been a bad investment.
