Terrible support. It's highly recommended that this not be purchased through Amazon.
Support is only done through their distributor - in this case Amazon. I tried their support via chats and emails and they are just clueless. Hours wasted repeating myself to people that have no idea what they are doing.
You cannot contact Victron directly and Amazon is just completely clueless.
