At first we were really impressed with this little humidifier. Worked well and as expected. But after just 6 days of use (with a day or two off in between uses, it stopped working. The power light used to go from off (no light), to blue, to yellow, to purple (which indictated low-med-high settings) and off again. Then after the 6th time using it, it wouldn’t go back in the right color order. Not only that, but the 2nd light that should represent the medium setting os GREEN. That color is not listed ANYWHERE in the owner’s manual! So now, the colors progress from purple, to green, then blue. One would think the humidifier wouldn’t require cleaning after use for just 6 days but yes, I did try cleaning it. I cleaned it THREE times and it’s still not working. Nothing has changed since the first time it stopped working. I’m hoping the seller can just tell me what the heck is wrong with it so I can fix it and move on without the inconvenience of going through the return process. If anyone else has gone through the same issues and solved them on their own, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Thanks :-)
