The "capsule constituents" changed on the bottle. They use to be: Vegetable cellulose and purified water. Now the capsule ingredients are: Pullulan prebiotic polysaccharides(from Aureobasidium pullulans), CARRAGEENAN, purified water Why change anything?! I absolutely refuse to take or eat anything with carrageenan in it. Thankfully Amazon was amazing as always and refunded my purchase. Carrageenan causes inflammation of the intestines as this ingredient (made from red algae) builds up in your guts and becomes carcinogenic. Research it for yourself if you want more information. In the TRASH these go! Thank you Nature's Plus!
