Someone in the shipping department cant seem to distinguish between the 2.5 gallon and 4 gallon versions of this product... I ordered the 4 GALLON VERSION, but I received the 2.5 gallon. I returned it and re-ordered the 4 GALLON VERSION again, but I received the 2.5 gallon. 2.5 GALLONS does not equal 4 GALLONS. Notice the shape of these numbers 2.5, and then notice the shape of these numbers 4.0. See how they are different and not the same... The 4 Gallon version will be LARGER that the 2.5 gallon, and not the same size.... If it were the same size, NASA would sieze the operation at Petmate to study how they have figured out how to hold 4 gallons of water in a 2.5 gallon jug....
