This was a big disappointment to me. You have to use the cleanser on dry face without water which I found a little strange especially since they don't explain why you need to do this. But I went ahead with it thinking maybe the result will be worth it. It was not. My face became so dry that I was afraid that I would be getting wrinkles. So I stopped using it after a few days and now my face is back to normal. The worse of it is when you call the 800 customer service number, they either automatically disconnect you or put you on hold forever. By forever I mean, they never pick up the phone. I tried calling 4 times to ask how I should return the product and give them product feedback - I could not get anyone to answer my call. I used to be a big fan of Cindy before this - I can't believe she would endorse a product like this.
