Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this a few months ago, It worked good for a while. then just stopped removing humidity from the room. I contacted the manufacture by email to get the unit covered under the 1 year warranty , they hit me with a super long list of questions ( for a few days) I answered all of them and sent all pics as requested. When they finally did reply, the said that if I wanted to send it to their service dept. I must pay for shipping both ways. (what about the warranty). The following day i received another email stating that if i leave a good review, then copy and paste the link to the review in a email to them, They would speak with their manager and TRY to have a replacement unit sent to me at no charge.. No thank you! I have nothing to leave a good review about. I would much rather leave a honest review. I will throw this unit out and buy a name brand replacement. The sad part is, This was an "Amazon Choice"
