This pair of Acorn Spa Thong Slippers is my sixth pair. I wear these slippers in the house daily and have loved them - which is why when my last pair began to wear out, I ordered another pair. Sadly, Acorn has changed them and if this were my first pair, I'd never order another pair. The fabric is different - sleazy, slippery and it sheds, leaving bits of black fuzz behind wherever I walk. Furthermore, instead of comfortably cradling my feet, the fabric is so slippery that my heel is constantly slipping off. I have to grip my toes in order to keep from sliding off. I've worn them for about a week thinking they would work out. However, they're terrible and I've gone back to wearing my older worn Acorn slippers. Huge disappointment - shame on Acorn for cheapening this slipper which was superb before!!
