MOLD, MOLD, MOLD. I wash this fountain every 3 days and I noticed small mold accumulated in the blue corner. I though maybe my cat dropped some food in there and cleaned it. THEN I NOTICED MOLD SHOWING UP AGAIN. This time it is INSIDE the yellow cap of the flower. So I washed everything with dish detergent again. THEN MOLD SHOWED UP AGAIN!!!!! I took the fountain completely apart and saw that mold is accumulated and growing UNDER THE BLUE PUMP. Yes now you have to take apart the pump every 3 days to wash it.... so what’s the point of storing water then? I can’t believe my cats have been drinking mold water for weeks. YOU GUYS PLEASE CHECK!!!
