The best thing about this bed is that it allows you to sit up at a 75 degree angle which is helpful with my pain issues.The zero gravity feature is also nice for lower back pain. Thankfully the customer service is very good, because I need to call them for the third time since February with a new issue with this bed. They have sent me two new parts which we have had to replace and now I cannot use the massager because if I do it will start vibrating in the middle of the night and wake me up. The only way to stop it is by unplugging the bed. I have a split king and this issue has affected both beds and we don't even use the massager very much. The other two issues affected just one side of the bed. I believe I got a lemon as they say in the car business. Also, I believe they are deleting negative reviews, so I don't imagine this will be up for too long!
