Save your money. I read in "Cookie" magazine to take a silicon mini baking tray (mini muffins) or even a silicon ice cube tray. put the broken crayons in - heat for 5-8 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Let cool - pop out - and you have cute shaped new crayons!
