I've used this once, on a very hard to clear stoppage in a toilet used by someone with severe constipation. It was easy to use, once I puzzled over how to do it without a readable manual, and it did a good job. I'd give it 5 stars, but I'm done giving even 3-star reviews to Chinese products that supply manuals that are machine-translated and not edited by someone who speaks English. Some of this pidgin language refers to important operation and maintenance information, or even personal safety warnings! Here are example instructions that are vaguely, if at all, comprehensible: "For injection pressure, continuous injection pressure is not allowed for more than 30 seconds" [Don't run the compressor for more than 30 seconds at a time?]; "To prevent water from splashing out, try to hold down the drain pipe" [This must refer to the device itself, since the drain pipes are under the floor.]; "Never put hard objects on the trachea and shoot at others" [Whose trachea? Maybe that means only shoot Nerf bullets from the air outlet.]; "If not in use, please keep it" [As opposed to what? Throwing it away and getting a new one after each use?]
